Business Plans With Little Investment

Business Plans With Little Investment

Here are three basic business plans that I thought of as an exercise to see if I can plan something if I needed to make a business with little to nothing to start off with. This will mostly be about making money off of services as I do not

The first plan is to make a business revolving around gardening. I have taken some biology classes in the past and have some knowledge about taking care of plants. I can use that to my advantage to take care of other people's gardens. Starting out, I will probably use my client's tools at first until I gain enough capital to buy my own tools. Advertising my business would be tough. I would probably try to offer my services to people who want a well kept garden but does not have the means to do so.

The second business plan is about a janitorial service. Similar to the last business plan, I will start off offering my services to people who do not want to clean their own messes. Basically a house keeper. While starting with nothing, I would use the client's own cleaning tools up until I have enough money and stable enough income to supply my own tools.

An problem with these two businesses is that it requires a lot of trust from my clients to allow me to use their own things to do work around their property. For both businesses, making a reputation of being an honest service is key to success.

Unlike the previous plans, this one does require some initial investments. Here I plan on making a video game. For the most part, I will need a computer in order to make games as well as knowledge to make them. There are numerous free software that can allow people to make their own games and many tutorials online to help people. First off, I will need to invest quite a bit of time and make a good game that people will enjoy and spend money on. Also I will need to make sure I am not breaking any copyright laws. Once the product is complete, I will find a way to put advertisement in the game so I can get some money from it. This initial game will be free to play and is a mobile game. This venture is a gamble. If the game does not get enough advertisement, it will die off into obscurity. and I will not make a single dime. If that game does not work out, I would make another one while trying to spread the word of my games on social media.

If a game happens to become successful, I would use that capital to make a higher quality game. I could buy better tools that would allow me to make better games and eventually make more games and perhaps hire others to do more specialized tasks of making a game.

These plans are just simple ideas that might work. Later in the future if I ever had a need to make a business, I could look upon these ideas and refine them into a true business plan.
